Job Details:	· High school diploma or equivalent. · Medical terminology a plus. · ICD-9 coding a plus. · Previous registration experience. · Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. · Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish, both verbally and in writing preferred. This is a great opportunity to work for a hospital that is committed to delivering exceptional service to its patients! You will be the initial contact that interacts with the customer and is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties while ensuring strict confidentiality. Clerical tasks include gathering complete and accurate demographic, billing and medical information, using the patient/client interviews as the mechanism for securing the required information. Other tasks include collecting insurance co pays and deductibles as well as self pay dollars. We are looking for applicants that have flexibility in their schedules to accomodate the ever changing needs of the hospital!
